Should Dark Day boost the power of certain spells? Should there be a corresponding Day of Light?

Add a section for modified spells, such as teleport-type spells, Archum's Blessing, Greater Restoration, etc.

Sponsors

All Chained must be assigned to a noble, a noble house, or a governmental or religious institution. This sponsorship requirement is necessary as the cost of training a Chained is expensive, and tying a graduating Chained to a noble serves as a means to perhaps recoup some of the expenses. As a bonus, this sponsorship requirement also serves to tighten the Church of Archum's control over its Chained, especially since the church must approve all sponsors.
